Vegito’s hair is dark brown in color, appearing black with certain lighting. Should he take on a Super Saiyan form or one of the God forms, it changes to the appropriate color. In terms of its characteristics, it’s sleek and strong. To keep himself looking (and smelling) as best as he can, Vegito maintains good personal hygiene, and thus washes his hair often, also combing it to keep it mostly tangle-free. Saiyan hair tends to stay stiff and shaggy to a degree, but thanks to the shampoos and conditioners he uses, his hair is more soft and fluffy.
His hairline matches Goku’s while his hairstyle in general more closely resembles Vegeta’s, though slightly shorter and more spread out spike-wise across his scalp. Even though his two bangs droop at an angle that intrudes upon his vision slightly, he’s unbothered by them.

His tail, though closely related to a primate’s internally-wise, more resembles a cat’s tail physically. It’s about 3ft in length, and extends from the end of Vegito’s coccyx. Similar to his hair, the fur of his tail changes in color if he transforms, but is a rich brown color in his base form. It’s also soft and fluffy, as Vegito takes looking after it very seriously. He doesn’t have that weakness of losing his strength whenever it’s grabbed, but it is still a sensitive appendage and Vegito feels an awful amount of pain whenever it’s squeezed too hard.
For this reason, he typically keeps it wound around his waist to minimize the chance of someone grabbing it, especially in battle. When in company he either trusts or feels comfortable around, he’ll let his tail hang free. The sensitivity goes the other way too; if someone pets it, it sends pleasant shivers up Vegito’s spine and coaxes him to relax. Especially if the very tip of it is caressed.
Its actions contribute to Vegito’s body language, and he’ll subconsciously move it in specific ways according to his mood. (For the sake of ease, I have it correspond to the body language of a cat’s tail, so just look that up to see how it would move if Vegito’s happy, sad, angry, etc.)
His tail is about as physically strong as his arms and legs are. It’s prehensile, and he sometimes uses it to pick up objects. If he whips it with enough force, he can send someone flying. Lastly, should he look at a full moon, he’ll of course turn into a Great Ape.
