Still thinking about the video I saw a little while ago of an old mcr performance where Gerard said something to the effect of, “This is a song about being in a band. More specifically, it’s a song about being in this band. And I just wanna say, if you’re thinking about starting a band, you should do it. We’re just four guys from Jersey; if we can do it, so can you!” and it was very sweet and all but he was saying all this over the opening chords of what was very clearly Desert Song?

my first thoughts after mcr show:

- i could totally watch a full mcr set where the big screen is only zoomed in on frank iero’s hands

- i need to live the rest of my life in a way that will allow me to be able to get a private mcr concert for my friends and me where they play every album front to back. also zoomed in on frank’s hands

-OHMYGOD THEY PLAYED HANG EM HIGH AND DESTROYA AND SURRENDER THE NIGHT AND DESOLATION ROW AND FUCKING DESERT SONG!!!!!!!!!!

- RIP my goats ray toro and mikey way

- mcr unfortunately forgot to play something from bullets AND forgot to kidnap me but this means i have to see them again someday

- person sitting in front of me kept checking tumblr before the show and i felt very understood

-everyone had such cool outfits and looked so cool and i loved the vibes!!!
