Happy Monday everyone! Since I just started this blog and there’s not many seals I’ve decided to do:

Status: Open!

Ice cream sundae Ribbon Seal(dewgong): Seals will do this pose often called “banana posing”. There’s a range of explanations for this, from the seal feeling safe in its environment to it just avoiding getting wet when it’s hauled out and even thermal regulation!

Crabeater Seal (shiny sealeo): Crabeater seals actually, do not eat crabs! They eat krill and they use their cool teeth to filter feed! (I made them shiny cause pink like haha you ate too many shrimp now pink)

If you want a chance to win one of these designs you need to:

(fun fact: my fave famous seal is Tsuki from Tokkari center and my fave species is harp seals!)

Doing all that will get you an entry! If you send me a funny seal image via ask that I could use for practice then I’ll give you an additional entry! Before anyone asks, following is appreciated but not necessary (want people to follow for silly seals not just for a free one)

Duration: November 23, 2025 to December 14, 2025 12pm ET (3 weeks).

Prizes

You have the option of picking from one of the following: 

Custom design (standard complexity) + rough painting 

Notion design + rough style animated painting (similar to these)

Notion special trait Edeia including medial/fusion form (no extra specs), if you meet the qualification requirements. This does not count towards your limits. Must have only two parts. 

Paintings will be at least halfbody, probably partial to fullbody; will depend on complexity. 

Depending on the number of entries, additional secondary prizes will be offered! These are cumulative. 

10: +1 MYO slot or Ideation-related headshot rough painting   

25: +1 Edeia or notion slot or Ideation-related halfbody* rough painting

50: +1 strict semi-custom slot with 1 extra spec (2 base, 2 extra), ideogenic notion slot, humanlike/humanoid notion slot, or fullbody* rough painting

*A smaller part may be drawn if the design is very complex. 

You can always downgrade your prize to other options of lower complexity. 

Eligibility 

In order to participate, at least one of the following must be true of you:

You have a Deviantart account.

You have a Toyhou.se account. (Invitations can be provided if needed.)

You have joined the Edeia Discord server and created an intro.
