Any and all mediums welcome (except ai, fuck ai)!!! Dollmakers, written description, collage, 3d models, make a dwarrowdam in Sims4!! Variety is the spice of life, embrace it!

Combine or ignore as many prompts as you feel led, I know all too well how overwhelming month-long prompt challenges can feel lmao.

On that note, take a breather if you need to!! This is for fun, and if it stops being fun that's not good for anybody!

Support your fellow artists, like comment reblog that whole shebang. You could find a collab partner or a yapping companion, who knows???

First entry for the Design a Dwarrowdam December event! I like to associate Broadbeams with Gaulish and ancient Celtic traditions and imagery. It's a headcanon of mine that I'm very attached to. The name I picked for this particular dam is also Gaulish!

I think she's a very modest sort of dwarf despite her apparent fame, like perhaps she doesn't like flashy jewelry and would prefer to perform on the same old crwth she's owned her whole life versus having one made from precious metals.

I did it, I did it! Duartr's moma for Design A Dwarrowdam December!

Ok, for the prompts, here are some beads, she is an adult 😅, blacklock, and a goatee I think? Her name is Thefa, and she was working in a Greenhouse at Thorin's gate with her husband Lartr, a merchant/trader. Further, their paths separated, when Erebor was reclaimed: Lartr left to seek fortune in new dwarven home, and Thefa stayed in Ered Luin with their child and her relatives who couldn't travel. Lartr supported family financially from a far. With the team of other farmers Thefa continued growing a greenery produce for the dwarves who lived in Blue Mountains. She died due to illness, leaving a small house to Duartr.

Torva is a dwarf dedicated to the art of rock sculpture. She works both inside and outside the mountain.

She is a strong and patient dwarf, accustomed to physical exertion and attention to detail.She often carves her husband's face because, as a merchant, he spends a lot of time away, and this helps her feel close to him while she works.

Torva spends time with Mira while she works. Torva spends time with Mira while she works. Together they enjoy the outdoors and nature, and that's where her habit of painting small stones as insects especially ladybugs for your daughter to play with or collect.

My goat themed prosthetic designer and craftsmith dwarrowdam.

She grew up on a goat farm and is just a smidge obsessed with them- to the point of making herself a goat footed prosthetic.

My part of an art trade w/ the incredible @lonicera-edulis, and a kinda-sorta free day for Dwarrowdam December, because Novan knows me and my interests 😂. Consider this an extra Pebble and Braids I guess!!!

Anywho, Bifur's actor way back when (if someone could find the interview I'll love you forever, it's hiding from my eyes😭😭😭) had a storyline in mind where his wife and daughter were killed by the same orc who gave him his titular axe-head accessory. I made concept sketches a few months back... And promptly left them to rot in my drafts, as I am wont to do. But Novan had a wonderful suggestion, and I took them up on it, and now I'm obsessed with more gals doomed to brutal death by the narrative. I'm starting to think I have a character type lmao

If there's any typos in the character notes I dont see them, they do not exist ✋🏻😌

(Zâramzunsh means "duck" in Neo-Khuzdul btw, because terms of endearment based on kid's interests means a lot to me)
