I have a new love. The Networks is an amazing game by #GilHova. I don't know how I missed out on playing this one before now, but I am completely in love! A game about running a TV network and programming TV shows with card drafting and set collection. This game was SO HILARIOUS! 😁. Such great artwork and a great sense of humor in the game. It had us all laughing the entire time! Fun mechanics that do a good job of matching the theme make this an instant buy for me. After 1 play this game will easily fit in my Top 10. I must own it. I have mixed feelings about A Study in Emerald by Martin Wallace. I enjoyed the idea of the team-based secrecy in the game but the end game scoring seemed unbalanced or wonky somehow... I am not sure why/how but it seemed to make planning and tactical decisions difficult to gauge.
