Dear Person I Like,

To the one I like love,

To even be even remotely vague with this would just be pointless beyond comprehension. I’m sure you know … how I feel about you. You’re such a bright girl, so I’m confident you figured it out. Maybe even before I had myself—that must be it. That’s why you’re so kind to me, isn’t it? You wanted me to open to you, and so I have because you’ve shown me such a unique kindness.

You’re everything I’ve ever really imagined ‘perfect’ to be. Well, perfection is subjective but—you’re perfect to me. Your smile, your kindness, your laugh, your eyes… I could drone on and on. 

I’m blessed to have met you. You’ve changed my life for the better to such a degree, I don’t think anything I could do can suffice as repayment. You’ve given me my life back—you’ve given me my livelihood back. Your happiness is my happiness, and so I will fight to keep you as happy as I can. 

So … thank you, Monaka.

He hadn't expected that. It's like he was drowning in negativity. He'd just been walking along when he'd been a steady source of power began flowing into him. It was like he was drowning. It took him a minute spent trying to make sure his horns didn't sprout, that he didn't grow to his demonic state's height, or that he didn't regain his goat like legs.

Once done, he began to urgently look around the area for the source of the unexpected stream of negativity. Then he saw her. The best way to describe how he saw her was... It was like looking at someone who had just jumped in a large body of water, while fully dressed, wander about a mall. She was drenched in negativity. Negativity and despair. He couldn't help but approach her, which to him, was like wading through thick mud for the first few steps. "Ma'am?"
