Fancy plated churros… churros, miso chocolate ganache, chocolate crumb and burnt sugar ice cream. Omg people - that ice cream 🔥 is it! I’ve been offline the past few weeks because our little pom had an op, I’ve been doing some stuff around the house and also figuring out where I want to go with my career change now that I’ve graduated from culinary school. It’s a super exciting new chapter but I want to get it right. Apply the same drive I had in corporate with my passion for food and newly acquired skills from the past two years. Today, my Valentine’s act of self-love / self-care was to spend a few hours in the kitchen playing with toys and machines and making my slight adaptation of this dessert by @thedessertlab.co using @callebautchocolate It’s a fancy churro and so so so darn good. My favorite component is without doubt the burnt sugar ice cream. I’ve finished it just in time to treat my kids and their friends before I go off on a date with my hot husband.
