Summary: Cas always thought he knew what the jocks at his high school were like. They were loud, they were boisterous, and most importantly they were idiots. Sadly, it seemed the new guy fit right in with them. From Cas’ point of view, he’d become part of their group in the three short months he had been here.

An incident during lunch involving a little bee gives him hope that maybe, just maybe, there was more about Dean Winchester than Cas had thought…

Little sneak peek:

A carefree laugh carried across the schoolyard, mingling in the sunny spring air with the twittering of birds. Castiel wanted to be annoyed – he really was, sort of – because he wanted nothing more than to focus on the book in his hands and those jocks never seem to care about keeping their shenanigans to a decent volume.

And he would be… if it had been anyone else. But the sound of the laughter was easy to identify and he couldn’t help the little flip his heart did when he heard it. If there was one guy who could bring peace to the world with his smile or his laugh, it would be the new student, Dean Winchester.

Cas really hated that little pitter his heart did.

Shaking his head, he tried to focus back on his book. He shouldn’t let himself think like this anyway. Not about one of the hockey players, new kid or not.

Summary: Newly human Castiel has been writing, more and more prose , notes and poetry. After finding an abandoned poem scribbled on a crumpled napkin Dean can hardly take his eyes away from the once angel’s hand whenever it’s gliding across a page, his curiosity has him busting at the seams.

They’ve got a case. In the sleepy town of Edenton, North Carolina, John and Dean Winchester find themselves investigating a faith healer who is selling his magical honey. Rumor is that it is said to cure all ills; arthritis, kidney stones, psoriasis, and even cancer. John is set on eliminating the monster that is peddlin’ his wares at the local Farmer’s Market. But Dean, Dean isn’t so sure. He’s drawn to the healer, soft-hearted and almost angelic Castiel just wants to help others. Neither Winchester expects the power and steel hidden behind the facade of the docile beekeeper.
