LOLL Hope this little crumb provides 😅
HAPPY PRIDE, EVERYONE! Every day this month, I will be posting about my favorite queer ships! Today’s ship is…
DESUS!!! (I’m pretty sure that’s their ship name?)
WE WERE ROBBED 😫😭
I WILL FOREVER BE PISSED THAT WE DIDNT GET THEM IN CANON 😔 (I ship Daryl x Connie too, so they robbed me TWICE)
THE SCENE OF DARYL CHASING JESUS WILL ALWAYS BE HILARIOUS
"I'm slowly forgetting your face"
I like Paul ✌️
the walking dead fans, i've got a genuine question here. i write fanfiction for some of the series' characters, as you know, Daryl amongst them. i've just met Jesus (Paul Rovia) and i adore him with all my heart, i am aware he is gay. so here's the question, i know platonic fanfic with a fem reader is a-okay, but i really really ship him with Daryl. would it be okay to write about poly with them? specifically poly in the sense both Jesus and reader are dating Daryl, but Jesus and reader are just best friends/platonic relationship in it? gosh i don't really know if this makes sense and i deeply apologise if you deem this inappropriate. comments and inbox are both open for conversation but please be polite as i am both spanish and don't really get sarcasm thru text so i might be a little slow 🫶🏻
Pride Month 2026 - Day 9
https://archiveofourown.org/works/85824471
Summary:
Daryl and Jesus had a spot. It was just west of Hilltop, hidden in trees and walker corpses. It wasn't anything spectacular, definitely not a mansion by any means.
Still, it was a cabin. One room. A fireplace. A stained mattress with cigarette scented sheets.
That was plenty good for them.
(Check out my Pride Month posting schedule here!)
I'M BACK I DID IT
I'm sorry for the delay 5 people who care after multiple months here is an update to the obscure Walking Dead old man fanfiction that I actually care about very deeply hello

AO3 Roundup 2024
tagged by: @im-immortal tagging: no one, ever, as always
—Words posted: the lying liar AO3 stats said it was over 1 million, but in reality it would have been closer to 750k
—Additional Words Written: 11,931
—Grand total of words: I mean, you can see it
—Fandoms: The Walking Dead
—Works: There's 22 of them, guys. I'm in immense physical pain.
—Highest Kudos: In the Dust and the Dirt because Bethyl is BY FAR the most popular ship I've written for
—Highest Hit One-shot: The Things We Wished We’d Done but it's also one of the least kudosed!
—New Things I Tried: AUs and OT3s. also tried my hand at writing Glenn/Daryl which was super intimidating to me (and still is)
—Fic I Spent the Most Time On: Probably Love, Run, which is genuinely depressing to me rn.
—Fic I Spent the Least Time On: Any of the short oneshots.
—Favourite Thing I Wrote: not so secretly Somewhere Along the Way. Glenn/Daryl was my first ship wayyyy back when the show was airing. I never would have thought I'd be brave enough to even attempt writing it, let alone somehow manage to actually enjoy reading it when it was done, too.
—Favorite Thing I Read: It wasn't written this year, but I read it this year: But Clouds Got in My Way by Mugatu
—Something I Finished: A lot of chaptered fics: Fighting the Fall! And it's the longest fic in the Daryl Dixon/Jesus tag! My one claim to fame and my baby. Somewhere Along the Way In the Dust and the Dirt and a whole host of one shots as well
—Miscellaneous Highlights: Finishing Fighting the Fall. I love that fic and I didn't want it to end. It's what gave me the confidence to try writing more fics in different ships, even if they were all in the same fandom.
—Writing Goals for 2025: Write less. Which is now largely out of my hands thanks to the fun neurosurgical times I'm about to have. Finishing up with the Bethyl fics is another big one. I'm really looking forward to wrapping all of those up and letting all the hatred and the hurt from this year pass and, hopefully, be replaced with something lighter. I'm also hoping to get some serious work done on the huge three parter Aaron fic.
—Final Thoughts: I really learnt that no anti-shipper in this world will make you dislike a ship the way the other shippers can. I also wrote a frick ton of stuff, actually, and most of it was fun. I'm just going to try and focus on the fun parts this year and try not to get bogged down with the bad. Especially now that my body is a painful wreck and I'm stressed out of my own head.
