I just wanted to share what I did with my headcanon for Jake's family based on your suggestions.
Crystal:
b1/b1 (Homozygous cinnamon)
O/o (Heterozygous tortoiseshell)

Mc/mc (Mackerel stripes carrying recessive classic)
D/d (not dilute, carrying a recessive dilute)

Mocha:
B/b1 (dominant black w/ rufousing carrying recessive cinnamon)
o/Y (Hemizygous non-ginger)
A/A (Homozygous agouti dominant)
Ta/Ta (Homozygous ticked)
Mc/Mc (Homozygous Mackerel stripes)
D/d (not dilute, carrying a recessive dilute)
W/W (no white)
L/l (shorthair dominant carrying a recessive longhair)
Jake:

He also has siblings that are only named and have no described appearances or even genders, so I went wild and made them how I wanted to and I made them both brothers since that's the vibe I get from them. Did I have to do this? No. Was it super fun? Yes, very >:}
