For sleeping I think it's the other way around. My shifts don't effect how I sleep but sometimes the way I sleep will cause me to have certain kinfeels more than others. For example, sleeping with with window open makes me feel Guybrush Threepwood-ish, whereas sleeping with a plushie makes me feel Deuu Dino-ish
