My bestie @XSReiki772 got scammed and can't access account on Deviantart. Please help
Hi everyone. I need your help. My best friend in the whole world @XSReiki772 got scammed and now she can't access her account.
My best friend got scammed by @Sharper-The-Writer when she got DMed by Sharper that that they've accidentally reported her for illegal scamming and impersonating. And then, they told Reiki to go to Discord to contact deviantart_support to help clear her name. She gave them the $500 so she wouldn't get banned, but then she couldn't access her account and even when she changed email address she still couldn't access her account. Please, Reiki my best friend in the whole wide world. She didn't know she got scammed by a scammer and now she lost everything from her paypal funds from commissions, half the money from her card and can't access her profile to get to her life's work.
I sent a ticket to Deviantart on behalf of my bestie along with the evidence she's provided me.
https://www.deviantart.com/sharper-the-writer This is the user who scammed my bestie. It appears on the profile comment that was made yesterday, this user's account was hacked and the hacker must of used Sharper's identity to scam my bestie.
If there's anyone who knows any Deviantart administrators, could you please inform them of my best friend's situation so they can help to get her account back?
I don't want to lose my best friend, much as she doesn't want to lose her artwork that she posts alongside her dream of creating her own animated series inspired by precure.
