One Piece/Avengers Imagine:

Imagine having a deadly devil fruit ability and being kept in Impel Down for years until Luffy comes in.

Devil Fruit: Chaos Chaos no Mi.

You can manipulate molecular polarity, allowing you to alter reality. When using your telepathic abilities, your irises glow a dark red color. When using your telekinetic abilities, your irises glow a bright red color.

Your powers are reliant on movement and focus, which means your enemies or opponents can stop you from using your powers by disrupting your focus or restricting your movements.

You can project energy blasts, streams, waves and bolts of your own psionic and telekinetic energy, allowing you to hit, push/pull or blow away your targets, potentially exerting enough force to destroy them. This energy manifests in any shape or form, outlining your telekinetic spheres of influence, as the energy is visible in a reddish color. When your energy hits a target, you can use your telekinesis to inflict further damage.

You are capable of using your energy in such an acute telekinetic way that you are able to completely disintegrate objects on a molecular level.

You are able to use this power to move through the air and simulate flight, in order to hover and safely float back to the ground. The use of this power manifests as a blast of psionic energy expelled from your hands onto the ground to propel yourself up in the air, with a second blast used to slow your momentum as you approaches ground allowing you to land safely.

You are able to create a highly durable barrier of energy that you can shape and conform as needed. You used it to grab and break apart targets, protect others from enemy fire, contain a target or to cover and deflect attacks from enemies.  

You are able to deploy a form of mental manipulation, often as a type of illusory hypnosis, using the same neuro-electric interface that is the basis of your telepathic powers.  

You can read minds, communicate telepathically, and experience the memories and thoughts of others.

Devil Fruit Name: Kaze-Kaze no Mi (Wind-Wind Fruit)

Type: Logia

Appearance

The Kaze-Kaze no Mi looks a lot like the Moku-Moku no Mi, but is more of an apple shape and is lighter in colour than the Moku-Moku no Mi is.

Abilities

The Kaze-Kaze no Mi allows the user to manipulate, create, and turn into air. Kaze-Kaze no Mi users can also somewhat control the weather, making Tornadoes, or making a storm come by manipulating the air around them. Users of this fruit are also extremely hard to catch since unlike other Logia user's they are completely invisible since their air and air is everywhere only really skilled users of Observation Haki can sense the user.

When the user is air they can drift in the air following winds and storms through the air flow.

Weaknesses

When the user is transformed into air and is in a cold environment, they move more slowly, and if they're turned into air and in a really hot environment, it makes their devil fruit glitch, but also makes the hot environment more powerful, so they also boost devil fruits like the Mera Mera no Mi or the Magu Magu no Mi.

If they travel by storm or travel by wind, they can't control where they go because they will follow that storm or wind.

Armament Haki can still hit the user; it's just hard because you have to be a skilled Observation Haki user, and the user could be floating so they can be anywhere.

Other than that, the user is affected by Seastone and Water.

Devil Fruit Name: Me-Me no Mi (Eye-Eye Fruit)

Type: Paramecia

Appearance

The Me-Me no Mi looks like Guarana just with white shell with really light red (that's close to white) in the inner part of the fruit and a dark brown looking seed in the middle of the fruit, looking like an actual eye.

Abilities

The Fruits ability is similar to The Hana-Hana no Mi Abilities but instead of being able to make all body parts the Me-Me no Mi can only make eyes and these eyes can be used as cameras they can record audio, and footage in the eye's range (which is shared with the user's bare eye range).

These eyes can also move independently so the user can make them all in one spot and they scatter around.

Weaknesses

If an Eye is destroyed then the user gets the physical feed back, it feels like their eye is getting destroyed in a way that depends on the way the Devil Fruit was destroyed.

The user has no control over where the eyes go, so they could end up being useless if they end up somewhere the user didn't need them to be.

The normal Devil Fruit weaknesses to Water and Seastone still apply.

A devil fruit that allows you to assign different sounds to things

It can be as simple as the sound of a door closing turned to dolphin squeaks

To as complex as a finger snap turned into the entire song "Never Gonna Give You Up"

I have been dying of laughter for the last 3 minutes to this idea, it's so fucking useless in a fight, but I love it so much and if I had to have a devil fruit it would be this one

Just imagine Doffy standing there in all his glory giving badass villain quotes and suddenly his voice goes all squeaky

Fucker just looks down at my 5'4 smug looking ass staring right back up at him

Like yes bitch I did do that- I can't fight you, but I will make these moments very embarrassing for you >:3

He's gonna stomp me to death, but in my dying breath I will make sure with all my power to keep his voice like that for at least a month after I'm gone
