It is not limited to medical needles, there are also sewing, tattooing and acupuncture needles.
Weaknesses: The only weakness of the needles is that they are fragile like a normal needle, otherwise the only limitation is also the imagination of its user.
Uses: Dr. E uses his needles for medical purposes but when necessary he also uses them to incapacitate his enemies with his knowledge of acupuncture.
Story: After escaping from Flavense when they were teenagers, Dr. E and his sister (who was about three years old) had gone days without eating.Then the young doctor found the fruit that grew on a tree not far from his hiding place, E split the fruit in half and shared it with her little sister.

Hebi hebi no mi - Model: Caspian Cobra
- Can create and apply a highly potent venom.
- Saliva contains antivenom, making any venom from her mouth that is not directly injected through bite harmless.
- Can secrete venom through her index and middle finger, and stabs using those two fingers using shigan, emulating a snakebite.
- Can also coat the fingers in a thick layer to hurl drops of highly potent venom over longer distances.
- Heightened sense of smell and detection through a snake's natural abilities.
- Can shed her skin to counter superficial wounds such as scrapes, scratches, heat and cold.
- Can layer multiple coats of shed skin for better defense.
Is able to glide through the air using a cobra hood, but is reliant on updrafts.
- Has explosive ambush speeds, similar to soru (shave) but only the initial dash and can't stay as speedy during multiple dashes.

Personality and traits
Chronically leaky eyes due to emotions overwhelming her.
- Her body often feels overstimulated from emotions a little more than mild, and so it deals with the excess amount of emotions by shedding tears, often leading to it looking like she's constantly crying over things. Well, not really crying, but leaky tears at most times.
- Due to this, she has adapted to a very mellow and calm personality to try and keep herself from dehydrating from crying all the time lol.
She is an easily excited person, and greatly enjoys the smaller things in life, appreciating simple things. Give her a pretty seashell and say you thought of her when you found it and you'll make her week.
- Her easygoing demeanor may sometimes paint her as highly unprofessional to others, but in reality she can't stand people who lets their status or power get to their heads with falsely perceived self-importance.
