Your latest text post abt using anger to avoid a breakdown, I feel that. I was that all of 2018 and it’s not a pleasant way to go thru life. Have your breakdown. Cry in the bathroom, or under the water of a shower. Let it out. You’ll develop thicker skin and soon you’ll be able to just let those little things slide off you like water, you won’t even notice, but to get there you need to allow yourself to feel and learn and grow.
