General: Set between s2-s3. 1. The Cons find a (non canon) artifact and the Autobots show up, as well as Starscream and Airachnid because they’re rogues and I like Airachnid so she didn’t get iced. The Artifact malfunctions because someone broke it and it reacts to. Uh.. human cells or prints or whatever because. I said so. 🤷 It reacts with the kids’ DNA, triggering the CNA to be fucked up and 💥 huge explosion! Everyone is a human!!! They don’t team up because unless the other has information about the artifact, but yknow who does? Airachnid and Starscream. It becomes a manhunt! Also the terrocons are zombies. And there are sparkeaters! Because the Cons and Bots aren’t entirely human. (They’re high schoolers because I thought it would be fun if they had a bunch of teenage drama that I’m going through put onto them ehwhwhwhehehe also I want Miko and Megs to interact. Also Starscream is a volleyball player.) Relationships are very indulgent but not really the focus? I mean there’s bonding going on, BUT it isn’t strictly romantic. Plantonic stuff is the backbone of all my favorite fictions so I tend to shove as much “power of friendship and fucked up family” into whatever my bony lil hands can create. Ships DO include KOBD (BD being dead lends so much potential for such a good story lol); Bulkjack/Ratchwheel?Jacket? because that’s my no. 2 favorite ship, mayyyybeeee Orion & Megs? Or Megs & Star? Again it’s mostly platonic and I generally check Megs as being ace. Dude has never had a speck of romance except for wayyyy before the war and even then it’s more of an afterthought because it was emotional and they were both scared of ruining anything. PLUS Megs is. Still actively hunting down Star. So.

2. Set immediately during the fuckingtouchhimyoudieDreadwing and Starscream scene. This time it isn’t an artifact but MECH implanted something into Star’s spark because Silas is a sourpuss and Starscream’s elevated panic triggers the device and 💥 they’re transformed into cyborgs. ALSO, Silas was tracking this so when it sent the signal they tracked Star’s signature to where the Nemesis (turned into a very very large manner of creature; I kinda want him to be catlike lol or maybe a dragon gore thingy anyway) crashed. Having fallen to the rocky Nevada ground at a very tall height, the Cons are obviously knocked the fuck out so Silas captures them easily and does a little experimentation with them. They wake up and try to escape after finding each other through the very large hospital/lab base (spoiler it’s Area Fifty-Fucking-One) they were brought to. Also they’re kids, but that’s because I gave Silas a dead daughter. And he wants someone to replace that dead daughter. And because I was looking at bugs and remembering that when some of them cocoon, and molting, so the Cons actually “molt” to get to adulthood, because Primus saw this shit and doesn’t want them to be underhanded cyborgs at the mercy of Unciron, even though molting and going into a cocoon literally turns the bug to goo and rearranges them and it’s gonna be painful and I wanna. Practice drawing gore, because of @eggtomatosoup . (Really go check out their art it’s genuinely so cool) Speaking of Unicron we’re starting Megs redemption arc early ! Cause I’ve been leaning into redeemed Megs more lately! He’s still gonna be a little manic because. It’s Megatron, BUT Starscream and Megs are connected via DE even when they’re separated, so Star and Megs can travel between each other’s minds privately and converse. And go through memories. And Megs can see all the fucked up shit he’s done to Starscream and feel awful and guilty because of it, and Star can see Unicron torturing Megs. And be like “bitch this is what changed you???” (Besides the Starscream part and the “I have wasted so many lives” thing ofc) Also, IDK where or how, but Starscream eventually becomes a Sparkeater due to modifications or due to him dying.
