I'm still playing around a bit with some rendering styles, so i wanted to challenge myself and tried to draw some of my older OC's in the sprite style from IWATEX Style, my older followers will remember Devin, but this is a different take on you adopted daughter Lydia. I'm pretty happy with how they came out

The difference over a Decade can make. Some friends and I got to talking about and sharing our old work the other day. It led to some talk about re-drawing some of our Oc's. So i Dusted off Devin and gave her some much needed love. the Left is one of the first pieces I put up here when I started this account back in 2014 when i was a student, the Right i drew today.

Its Crazy putting them side by side and seeing how much my work had changed over the years.

In regard to the last reblog Devin Drake.

Since I’m working on models, I’ve been looking at miniatures artists like Drake. Looking through his website, his work is incredibly detailed at scale, much of it looking like something I would have wished for in a dolls house. I think that there’s a lot to cement the realism in the small details like discarded juice boxes next to a scooter, for example.

I got accept to SPX! If you’re gonna be there I’ll have a preview book for Fairy Dust chapter 2! Cause there's no way I'll finish 43 pages in full color by then! Whelp. I gotta go!

 a bit of concept art for my senior thesis.  fan art will still trickle out of me when i have time but you guys will probably be seeing a good amount of my OC right now.

I:M ALIVE! i swear i am still around! internship just ended so i will be working and posting more stuff. here  for the time being is a little doodle of some OC’s. anyone who had been watching me for  while will know Devin and but here is Skyler’s new design for my senior project. so yeah get used to theses two because there will be more of them to come.

Here’s a promo poster I threw together the night before MoCCA Fest 2016. I wanted to do more with it but ran out of time! I’m so slow! 

Still though, I think it’s a pretty good visual representation of what to expect from Fairy Dust as a whole. Angry protagonist of color. Optimistic fairy. Lots of pink. Fun times.
