So I am reading chapter 33 of The Renaissance, and I got to this line... and I just kinda stopped. Because I love how word choice really and truly defines characters, and I got to the word "gaze," which implies SO MUCH to me, and I know that it's Devin and Nadia's big reunion and all I can think about right now is "AWWW DEVIN IS IN LOVE WITH ALCOTT."
//this may or may not be due to the reasons I use the word "gaze" in my own writing to imply a stare that lasts just a bit too long...and unresolved sexual tension. justsaying.
