Dead Boy Detectives: The Case of the Devlin House || Kyle Tran Myhre, Voting As a Fire Extinguisher
I realized recently that it’s almost been two years since the events of Dead Boy Detectives. If you look closely at the sign on the fence surrounding the Devlin House in episode 3, the date says February 2023 (I don’t remember the exact date, but I think it was near the end of February). So the events of the show took place in February and March 2023. That’s almost two years ago. But the show itself wasn’t available for us to watch until April 2024. So the boys’ two-year anniversary of Port Townsend happens before our one-year anniversary of the show. Just something to think about.

Edwin saying, “ Charles, what is your malady today?” With the same tone as “ what’s your damage?” is just a little detail I appreciate.
In the Devlin house, Charles heard the song "Owner of a Lonely Heart" playing in the time loop. He mentions that his dad smashed his cassette of that song with a hammer, his own trauma from his father.
No wonder Charles gets sucked into the loop, before we even see the other ghosts he's being brought back to his own abuse from his father 😣💔
@cricketmaestro just got stuck in the very loop we are trying to break. Wonderful.
horrible dads disgust me. doesn't help that we have to solve cases with em
there are so many parallels between spn ghostfacers and dbda devlin house but idk if the world is ready for the truth…
