I think the funniest thing about the Labour Party loss this time around is that in the devolved parliaments you can physically see the after effect of Starmer warning the Westminster core against 'overly deferential relations' with the devolved parliaments. That is, acting as if they care at all about the Senedd, Holyrood and presumably Stormont as well.
Roll on independence, honestly. Couldn't come soon enough.

THE Power Grab has been confirmed. UK ministers can make provision in areas of devolved policy as a result of Boris Johnson’s Brexit deal, according to a new report.
Analysis by the Scottish Parliament Information Centre (SPICe) states new powers in devolved policy areas will be handed to Scottish ministers under the Prime Minister’s Withdrawal Agreement Bill to ensure it is properly implemented.
But the powers will also be conferred on UK ministers, allowing them to act “alone or jointly with Scottish ministers”, according to SPICe.
