Google was just walking down the street, trailing after Bing who bounced happily ahead of him, occasionally turning around to yell at Google to hurry up. But Google wasn’t in a rush. He liked being able to observe Bing, smiling at Bing’s over-excitedness. Plus the view was nice.
But.
Then a thing came barreling out of fucking nowhere at latched onto him in a bone-crushing hug that probably would’ve hurt were he human.
“What the fuck?!” Google raised both arms away from the thing, staring down in confused disgust. It looked like a human girl, a little shorter than he was, in a big grey hoodie, with glasses, and long dark hair. It didn’t say anything, but gripped him tighter when he tried to shove it away. “Get off, you -- little human, let go!”
Google tried shoving it away again, but it nuzzled into his chest, and Google scowled, arms still raised awkwardly. “Bing! A little help please!”
“What the --” Bing came jogging back over, locked eyes with Google for a second, and gingerly grabbed the human’s waist, trying to pull it away, but also trying not to hurt it. “Uh, you gotta let go, man, this is really weird, come on.”
When Bing tried to pull it off of Google, the human finally spoke, wailing out a loud “NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!” and gripped tighter.
Google’s core shifted to a higher pitch, fans picking up as he shoved at it. He shot another look at Bing, and Bing sighed, reaching around them both to pry at its fingers. “Okay man, time to go, please, just --”
The human sprang free, and Bing was quick to shift his grip so he was gripping its waist again and lifting it up off the ground and away from Google as he staggered back. The human pouted, still reaching toward Google as Bing hauled it away. “GOOGLE I LOVE YOU!!!”
Bing mouthed “Run” over his shoulder, and Google took off in the opposite direction, till the human and Bing were out of sight.
