I might have, but in this case, I’m fairly certain those two are pretty close anyways so I have little doubt that my mutual in question will not miss that particular post lol

mac! I thought I had imovie, but I don’t (and it’s no longer free what the heck) I figured out how to merge all my clips in quicktime though! so now my plan is just watching it at 5x speed while OBS captures that window haha

true! the actual, previously undisclosed, problem is i have no clue how to put the video together haha
i have absolutely no video editing experience :( if it was just one recording I could watch it sped up in quicktime, while recording with OBS and do some sort of weird “recording of the recording” thing. but i have 3-4 40 minute segments and i need to figure out how to mash them all together, AND THEN speed them up because no one wants to see 4 hours of me drawing.
so the post should have read: “mmm don’t let me forget to get off my lazy butt and fix up the video i finally remembered to record”
also i fricked up and OBS didn’t show my mouse while recording, it’s super weird just watching lines magically appear without seeing the mouse!
