I recently began to connect with Aphrodite and I adore her energy! What are some offerings I can make to her/daily rituals to show my love? Thank you!

I’ve written a bit about this here! Or rather I linked a bunch of resources there that should help you get started, lol. It includes some modern and some more traditional methods of worship.
Here are a few ideas off the top of my head as well!
Offerings! Chocolate, wine, sweets, jewelry, sea shells, any pretty trinkets you find that you think would look nice on her altar
Devotional acts–donate to someone in need in her honor, volunteer somewhere to help sex workers, LGBT people, mothers, women, etc.
A quiet evening devoted to her–pamper yourself a bit, get yourself nice and comfy and decadent feeling, and then pray to her for a while.
Read or write devotional poetry to her, or some of her myths!
Cook her or a meal, or rather bake her something!
A quick prayer in the morning and/or the evening to let her know she’s on your mind
If you do any daily beautification rituals, like your skincare, makeup or even just doing your hair, devote that to her! Getting dressed counts too–wear something you really love. <3
Surround yourself in things that remind you of her, whatever that may be (pink, red, blue, the ocean, sea shells, roses, other flowers, etc.)
