This is my first attempt at joining in on Whumptober, so enjoy what will one day be a very long, very VERY depressing story in which I hurt Cal Kestis a lot.
Cal hesitated, laying there on the ground at the high and mighty Second Sister’s feet, staring up into her face. She gestured loosely down the hall. “Go on,” she encouraged. “Go. Run away, Thirteenth Brother.”

Some more questions for Sound the Bugle Now fic, for 1st, is Sound the Bugle Now inspired by and based on Sound the Bugle sung by Bryan Adams? For 2nd, what was poor Marcus wearing during his captivity and torture? For 3rd and last one, but not least, how much did poor Marcus weigh during his captivity and torture and recovering in the hospital respectively?(I guess Marcus normally weighs 76 kg.)
1. Kind of. I listened to the song a lot while writing because I needed those sad vibes, and that's where the title came from as well.
2. Marcus was in his uniform when he was captured and held hostage.
3. Weight wise, I think I said Marcus lost 15-20 pounds, so he'd be about 150-140 pounds, so that's 68-63 kg.
Can I think the medic(Paired with Marcus Moreno) in Sound the Bugle Now and Marcus Moreno's relationship as either platonic or romantic, if you think it's alright, please?
Absolutely. That's one of my few fics that can be read as platonic, so go ahead!
If you allow it, it would be great to see Sound the Bugle Now being adapted as comics, fanarts, moodboards, and doodles too. ^^
I'm always open for artists to adapt my work any way they please as long as they credit me. I would absolutely do it myself, but I'm not an artist.

If you can only one between Christmas Miracle, We Can’t all be Sunshine and Rainbows and Sound the Bugle Now, which story would you choose?
Sound the Bugle Now, probably. I spent so long rereading and rewriting it and I’m prouder of it than I expected to be. But Christmas Miracle will always hold a special place in my heart because the story is very personal, considering that story is almost identical to the story of my own birth. The only difference is that I’m not a twin and I’m the first child my parents had.
