Reminiscing Faces
I remember Lincoln came up to me one day in school and said something like, "Hey, Olivia. You like PC games right? You play that shit right?"
"I guess I do sometimes. I more trying to develop my music, why?"
"Oh, well you see I started playing this game called Minecraft you should check it out. Wait I got my laptop. How long you going to be at school?"
So he went and got his laptop and I saw my first glimpse of Minecraft on the 27th of August in 2010. Man. Discovr.us was really confusing then. Lincoln, Cobraultra, just jumped me all over the place. All I really wanted to do was check out this bad ass looking football arena (I later found out Will2500 built it). I didn't know what I wanted to do. I barely survived in my single player because I was a two/three day old newbie.
I played there for the longest time. I seemed to be spending more time building in Minecraft and thinking of building then I did smoking outside. It was like Minecraft almost got me to quit. Ha ha! What a thought. Minecraft! The next cigarette skiller!
Well I started this blog because as I sit over on the PrecipiceGames community I began to miss A LOT of people. I miss Dewtriod, MrHen, Avidya, Coestar, Melicious, Cobraultra, and I miss the Discovr's old feel. I wrestled bears for Dewtriod. I checked up on MrHen's eggs. I enjoyed Avidya's father-like attitude even though everyone was scared of him. Ha ha! I miss asking Coestar if I can have his child. aka buy it. I miss Mel just popping up and scaring the crap out of me. I miss Cobra... I knew this guy IRL, but he literally just disappeared.
I wish there could be a day when we could all just get together and hang out. Just chill even if we didn't think we knew one another real well. That crew is the best crew I ever got the opportunity to hang with.
Here is to the old days!
