History: The women of the Blackwood family has served as guardians of the holy grail innocence since it was discovered. But doing so has cursed the family in a peculiar way. The grail is said to have the power of immortality. While the Blackwood females still die, their soul is passed on into the next female heir. There is only one female for each generation and they all are virtually identical (with minor changes such as clothing and hair style). This is a secret kept within the Blackwood family. The blackwoods are known members of the Cross but also have made it known that they are not there because they believe in the order but because it is safest for the protection of the grail innocence.
Personality: very much the older sister type. Ellia is very kind and caring. Often providing a reasonable perspective of things. She is almost always smiling with friends and has been described as sweet and gentle. That being said, she is an extremely capable exorcist, proficient with her innocence weapon to the point of mastery, earning her the name Reaper.
Fun facts: Lavi calls her Ellia-nee-San or big sis Ellia.
