カトマンズの少し東にあるドゥリケル に去年ハイキング行ってきました。短い動画なので、こちらにアップロードします。

マスタード畑が印象的なハイキングでした。この時はまだ膝が痛くなかったのになぁ。今はちょいらもあいらも痛いです…😭

Last year, we went hiking in Dhulikhel, a little east of Kathmandu. It’s a short video, so I’m uploading it here.

The mustard fields really stood out on this hike. Back then, my knees didn’t hurt yet… but now both Choila and Aira have knee pain…😭
