Reading Vera Wong’s Guide to Snooping (on a dead man) in the morning with cha (bengali word for tea) and practising pronouncing and reading hangeul ( korean alphabet).

Hangeul is so interesting! How the addition of more strokes in a character leads to more emphasis in its sound! And how the vowels are interconnected to each other. Fascinating. I want to do a deep dive on the history of the language.

What do you all do when you are burned out but cant take a long break?

I am going on walks, reading, sketching and trying to give myself some grace. Its not easy getting out of burnout but am persisting.

Would love to know if there are other methods that work.
