So in the 3rd season, chapter 1 SIFAS story, μ's have been asked to do an advice column for a school idol website. Most of the questions people send in are for any of the girls, but some are for a specific idol, like this one to Eli:

Oh, Dia...

Hanayo: "I wish to tackle my duties as student council president, my school idol activities, and my studies with all that I've got, but I'm not sure if I'm actually doing them well."

Hanayo: "Eli, how do you balance all your tasks? I would very much appreciate it if you could perhaps share any secret tips or tricks to your success that you may have."

Hanayo: Huh? There's more to the email. Let's see...

Hanayo: "P.S. I also happen to have an adorable little sister. I feel terribly honored to have so much in common with the great Elichika. Yours truly, Anonymous Diamond."

Nico: She's not looking for advice! She's just a fan of yours!

Dia: "My group members are driving me crazy... how do you handle μ's?"

Eli: "Everyone always asks me, and the secret is: I don't. I have no control over them whatsoever. This morning, Honoka called my name and when I showed up to see what was going on, Rin shot me in the throat with a nerf gun."
