This article reminded me a lot of this particular course for a couple of reasons. For one, it went over internal and external communication and how it affects the organizations success. The second aspect it reminded me of were the dialectic tensions we discussed last class period. I saw both connection versus autonomy and Instrumental versus affection within the article. These to me were present in the way the article recommended employees act and behave in the work enviroment.
