My first diamonds 😃for #fussycuttingsewalong 2019 I observed last years #hexie #sewalong and hosted by the super human @naomialicec (she is is soooo hard working she blows me away) . I watched on and lurked about. This year I'm taking the plunge and I'm in like Flynn! I've got a rough colour plan in mind, based on my main fabrics selvage, but who knows it may radically change. A year is a long time! Also coral has never been a colour I even considered, but I am radically changing my mind! It goes with turquoise and cerise, which are colours I love. So thanks Naomi for (again) pushing me out of my comfort zone 😘. So for those of you who don't know me, I am Kate, and KateMUSTsew otherwise I get a bit......well.....nuts 😆. I need something creative to do with my brain and fingers otherwise what is the point in life? I have two kids and a husband who put up with thread all over the house and CRAZY cushions on the sofa, (as well as the patchwork that fixed the holes on the sofa) but we all enjoy snuggling under quilts.
