Her name (电毒) translates as Electro-toxin.
She is 5★ sub-dps whose damage scales on Glacio Chafe stacks (glacio negative effect).
Skill set:
Like Cartethyia, Diàn Dú herself applies stacks, but, of course, it is not enough to froze enemy, although, against frozen enemy her damage significantly increases.
Main damage dealer - she needs a supporter who will apply enough glacio chafes to help her froze enemies and buff her main buttons (I haven't decided which ones yet).
Sub-dps - she can support glacio main dd by apply glacio chafes and buff their buttons (by her outro skill).
She has boss form and skin, that I will draw later. Most likely she would be an ordinary boss like Fenrico and The False Sovereign. She has electro and glacio resist, but fusion vulnerability(?).
I know her skill set might be awful, but I really like the idea of main dd use debuffs that are different from their element. It seems unique.
