I hurt my finger Monday, so I stopped posting in the meantime. I barely remember what I ate yesterday (LOL), I can not lsitar all of my previous meals. I'll try to be more severe with myself going forward.

I hurt my finger Monday, so I stopped posting in the meantime. I barely remember what I ate yesterday (LOL), I can not lsitar all of my previous meals. I'll try to be more severe with myself going forward.
Day 2 - Breakfast and Lunch
From the beginning, I admit that until now I drank two cups of soda. I'm not ashamed, but not proud.
Breakfast:
- 1 white bread with 1 tablespoon of ready cream with 20 calories;
I don't have much time (approximately 5 minutes) for breakfast, would love to be able to eat something more nutritious. I'm very lazy.
I drank a little more than 1.5 liters of water in the meantime.
Lunch:
- 1 shell of soft white rice;
- 1 shell of bean;
- 1/4 roasted chicken breast;
- Over again a lot of lettuce;
Day 1 - Breakfast
- One white bread with:
1 slice of mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon of ready cream with 20 calories.
4 lettuce leaves
- Two water glass, 190 mls each approx.
I hope buy another kind of bread tomorrow.
