Forbidden candy 🍬
The Bescon "Midnight Candy" set have a wonderful glow to them!
I charged this D6 up under a lamp for a minute and then dropped it into my dice bag so you can see just how much it stands out! I love how each layer glows a different color 🌈

I’m planning a new D&D character... Here’s what I’m thinking.
- A halfling wild magic sorcerer. For the uninitiated, wild magic sorcerers’ spells have randomized, unintentional effects. So, she might cast a spell and then have pink bubbles come out of her mouth whenever she tries to speak.
- She grew up in a pleasant village on the edge of nowhere and, after receiving a modest inheritance, opened a little bakery. Her scones quickly become the stuff of local legend, then regional legend. As word spreads, thanks to travelers passing through, more exotic visitors drop in for a warm scone and fresh-brewed cuppa.
- And by exotic, I mean magical beings. Fey, maybe the odd deity in disguise, perhaps even deities. She largely doesn’t notice, just keeps on baking. But over time, magic rubs off on her. Maybe she’s blessed as a tip. Maybe it’s just proximity. Gradually, she realizes she can do things she couldn’t before. Also, for some reason, her toe hair is just growing out of control.
- She just uses it to help around the shop. Magic eases tidying up, helps make sure the cakes never fall, keeps the oven at just the right temperature.
- And then, while snapping her fingers to light the oven one morning... she casts Fireball, centered on herself.
- The shop burns to an absolute crisp, as does half the town. Realizing she’s a danger to herself and others, she sets off on a quest to master her magic -- and maybe amass enough gold to reopen shop when she’s ready.
- (Also, she bought insurance. The DM’s agreed to having a magic insurance adjuster NPC pop in on the group’s adventure occasionally.)
So, I’m thoroughly in love with this character idea... but I do need name ideas. Anyone have any?
