Usually, acquiring the Orange set and building houses makes you win the game for simple reasons:

- Jail is he most visited property on the Monopaly board. ('Go to Jail' , Chance cards and Community Chest cards more than double the probability of landing there)

-This increases the probability of landing on the properties immediately following jail; i.e. the PINK and ORANGE set. 

-Going by simple two-dice probability, chances of landing on the Orange set are higher than that of the Pink set.
