I decided to use Astrology dice (Anis, she) for this reading.

We have Mars, Virgo, and 12th House.

Mars represents action, competition, desire. It is authority, leadership. In its more negative aspects, it represents aggression, impulsivity, and rashness.

Virgo is humble, modest, and generous. It is a perfectionist who is critical and often obsessive, but is ultimately helpful to other people. It is also logic, detail-oriented, and responsible.

12th House represents imprisonment, loss, grief, and hidden enemies. It is also the spirituality house, and houses our subconscious thoughts.

Overall, your encouragement is that you're capable. Mars is a very capable sort, and so are you. You can handle whatever comes your way, as you have the power, just like Mars.

Your logical brain and your emotional brain are also there to protect you. Both serve you well, after all.

Your desire to get things done is also a good thing, so keep that up.

Your advice, which the dice saw fit to give, is to become the leader of your own life now. You've got a lot going on, that is making you feel stuck, and perhaps it's not the time to be a perfectionist, as such leads to a lot of self-criticalness. Other authority figures may also be part of why you feel stuck.

With 12th House also being the spirituality one, there could be a call to take more action alongside your spiritual allies, should you have any (I try to not assume on something like this).

It may help you to support other people to bring yourself some joy. We're social creatures, after all, and are often made happy by others being happy.
