I know this is a silly question, but I was wondering (hypothetically) how much you thought the atla license would be if you could buy it from nickelodeon? Xx
When I get rich and famous, I’ll let you know. ;)

"at the nick booth if you ask" lmao nick couldn't care less about this show
I hate that people praise Nickelodeon for Korrasami becoming canon. If you followed Legend of Korra at all, you know that Nick treated it like garbage. They never promoted it, there were online only releases of some episodes, and constantly changing time slots.
Please thank Bryke for the bisexual representation. Thank the LoK team specifically for paving the way. (Cartoon Network, on the other hand, is currently killing it in the LGBTQ representation area)
I'm going to be on my deathbed, questioning Nickelodeon's choices...
Bryke: Hey, can we sell some merchandise for our show?
Bryke: That way, we'll have some backup funding in case some unforeseen incident arises in the future?
Nickelodeon: Don't be ridiculous.
Nickelodeon: Nobody will buy your merchandise.
Fandom: Literally all of us will
Fandom: Just take our money and
Nickelodeon: Nah.
Nickelodeon: Besides, why would you guys need backup funding?
- Later -
Nickelodeon: *Slashes Legend of Korra's budget*
Bryke: Why would you
Nickelodeon: You guys should have had backup funding.
Bryke:
Bryke: Okay, let's think of a plan to save some money.
Nickelodeon: You can always fire people.
Bryke: What?
Bryke: We're not gong to fire people!
Nickelodeon: Then you must do a clip show episode.
Bryke:
Nickelodeon:
Bryke:
Nickelodeon: Well, go on.
we saw what you did there, Kendall XD
Episode 8 of Korra’s final season, “Remembrances,” was always meant to be a clip show. The budget cut was announced early enough that the season was planned out around it, so it’s not like there’s a lost episode floating around. Mike and Bryan planned out twelve episodes of plot, and that’s what we got.

*sings in the tune of the icarly theme song*
so wake up the members of the fandom
it's your time to stick
it to nickelodeon
because they're a dick and
see the darker side of every corporation
some companies are just a prick so we'll get by and
blame it all on nick
blame it all on nick
blame it all on niiiiiiiick just
blame it all on nick
He also said Nick is "taking it to the grave" (I'm guessing that's mostly dramatic speculation on his part) and that they'll never release it (again, it never got finalized, only got to animatics).
Yeah well, we live in the age of the internet, it'll spread like wildfire once it gets released. Nick can't take it to the grave then!
