If we want to go into carbon footprints let’s look at other royals (including senior royals) who are constantly flying everywhere, or people talking helicopters to engagements within this country. It’s odd to single them and this particular issue out, have the same energy towards every member for the Royal Family. Besides for the most part it isn’t just the carbon footprint that raises eyebrows, for a good portion of people the mere existence of a royal family raises eyebrows:

expansive clothes raises eyebrows
a family not defending or at least acknowledging other members who are victims of press scrutinity and racism raises eyebrows
taxpayers money funding ridiculous things raises eyebrows
hanging out with a convicted pedophile and staying at a convicted prdophiles house because it was convenient raises eyebrows
91mph in a 70 zone while having 9 points on your license raises eyebrows
the list goes on ... some people who dislike the duke and duchess of Sussex wanted this to happen, now it’s happened you’re pissed and complaining ? Make it make sense.
