Thank you for holding onto the history that hurts too much for everyone else to bare. You are not alone and I’m so sorry that any of that happened to you. Thank you for protecting your system even if you didn’t know you were doing it at that time. Thank you so much and I’m so sorry you hade to go through that now, please do something nice for yourself. You deserve it.

Host has lately been really paranoid about losing her sanity, all this system stuff scares her and she just wants to be "normal" and she's scared of completely losing control and becoming "insane" so our caretaker just cofronted to reassure her that she's doesn't need to fear of losing her sanity because she has already lost it and she is already insane😊💕
It’s 12:30am and somehow nobody has drank water today, and all the fluids we got were 100ml of soda. How are we still alive???
Someone please show us how to drink water before we end up with another kidney stone 😭
