love: is there anyone my muse has fallen in love with over the years? are they still alive? if not, does my muse do anything to commemorate them (ie. leaving flowers on their grave, etc.)?
She’s most certainly fallen in love before, far too many times to count. She had her first encounter with love when she was young, sometime during the Seleucid Empire, the dynasty that succeeded the Achaemenid Empire. So this occurred right after what young Iman considered to be her biggest failure. She ended up falling for someone around her physical age, a knowledgeable young boy named Farbod. What exactly drew her to him, Iman isn’t completely sure, but she does have vague memories of enjoying the deep, philosophical conversations they would have every now and then. As it would turn out, this was also her very first encounter with heartbreak. She doesn’t visit his grave mostly because she’s not quite sure it is, but he still holds a special place in her heart.
lost: are there any items my muse owns that, if broken / stolen, could never be replaced, because they’re no longer being made?
Definitely! Iman could honestly be classified as a hoarder, considering how much difficulty she has throwing things away even when they are no longer of any use to her. Even her house is old, the architecture reminiscent of the early 20th century. She loves collecting antiques, but there are some things that are very near and dear to her, and she would never let anyone touch, such as her old jewelry- and I mean old. She owns a few amulets from the Sasanian period, keeping them securely locked away in a safe within her home. Some of the contents include a few photos of her during the Qajar Dynasty, practically ancient jewelry, a very old copy of the Quran, as well as some old letters she’s written and received throughout her lifetime.
