Susu almond homemade
Bahan :
-kacang almond (Takaran sesuai selera, saya pakai 100gr)
- air 700ml
Cara membuat:
1. Haluskan kacang dengan blender atau dengan juicer. Tapi saya pakai blender, dan pakai alat penggilingnya. Jadi saat proses penghancuran kacangnya dalam keadaan kering.
2. Setelah halus tuangkan bubuk kacang almond pada wadah berisi air matang. Aduk hingga merata.
3. Pisahkan susu almond dengan ampasnya menggunakan saringan. Setelah tersaring, simpan susu pada gelas atau wadah tertutup. Simpan kulkas agar lebih awet dan segar saat di minum. Dapat pula ditambah gula bila ingin. Susu almond siap disantap. Selamat mencoba .
nb: kerena homemade, tidak menggunakan bahan pengawet maka susu hanya dapat bertahan tiga hari.
