Meal prep for dayzzz.. I'm pretty happy my son loves baked fish and quinoa as much as I do! We don't all eat the same in our household, my husband doesn't like fish, but will eat the other healthy food I make. The greatest thing to a healthy relationship is one doesn't dictate the actions of the other. My husbands eating, exercising or other health/diet/personal preference DOES NOT AFFECT MINE. He's supportive of my goals, helps me whenever I ask, but ultimately, I am responsible for what I eat, think, do and live. It's a sad, sallow individual that blames others for thwir own failings. ESPECIALLY when it comes to how they live. ESPECIALLY three or so years after you ended your relationship. This knowledge seems to only come with age and maturity. Girls blame and make excuses, women just take control. . . . . . #deepthought #dietthoughts #LifeLessons #suburbansiren #medcitymermaid #healthyliving #mentalhealth #MentalHealthAwareness #healing #maturity #grownasswoman #thoughtstoliveby #soulmate #accountability #SelfCare #selfreflection #sadsadgirl (at Rochester, Minnesota) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bxkotowlx1Z/?igshid=fnxgvg9r2mi5
