Alright people are Tobias tragedy tagging on that post and obviously yes it’s disturbing that no one noticed he was gone and that he had no home worth missing and yes there is a complex dysphoria / trans alienation allegory that can be read several different ways but the kid also really really liked flying through the air on his wings and I think we shouldn’t ignore that element of his story. His girlfriend tries like fifteen times to convince him to turn back human once he has the option and his third counter argument is usually “there’s a war on” but his first is “what, and never fly again?” He’s a bird. Sometimes a guy is also a bird. I personally support his choices.
