Kath!!!! Can we talk about the brilliance and the beauty and the raw prose of Khaled Hosseini's books? I'm halfway through The Kite Runner, and god, have i ever cried that much?!?! I read the A Thousand Splendid Suns a few months ago and that is probably one of the best i have ever read. Thoughts???

Yes, let’s talk books! A Thousand Splendid Suns is probably my fave by Hosseini although I haven’t read the new one so let’s save judgement on that front. I liked the Kite Runner but not as much as ATSS but yes, lots of tears shed over that whole series, it’s marvellous. You have to tell me what you think once you’re done!!
