A Digimon Decision!!

So I've been debating on who would be my digimon partner for what feels like my whole life. Especially since my transition started. Nothing like hunting for your own identity through childhood franchises. Most of you know.

That being said, with the help of my friends and my own ability to process I had initially broken it down to 3 choices that were very hard to choose between and still are. Let's start with a closer look.

Okay so let's start with some namesill split them into the three sections.

1: Mokumon > DemiMeramon > Ghostmon > FlaWizmon > Pumpkinmon > NoblePumpkinmon

2: Kiimon > Yaamon > Impmon > Punkmon > Loudmon > HeavyMetaldramon

3: Yuramon > Fluffymon > Pomumon > Parasaurmon > Toropiamon > Hydramon

They are all INCREDIBLY GOOD choices for me as a human being. Here have a good dose of explanation for each line.

Ghostmon: so this tickles me in the spooky part of my brain. My family owns a funeral home so I grew up around death all my life so the spirit seems right plus I was born in October and jack o lanterns are my like personal sigil. Deep dive, my signature dish is pumpkin soup and that's a whole attack for NoblePumpkinmon.

Impmon: This boy has been my favorite and most relatable Digimon since Tamers. Pre-transition I had this but with a Beelzemon line. The champion is literally named PUNKmon and that's my whole gimmick. And could you imagine me riding in on loudmon playing battle music?

Pomumon: When this line came out I geeked. Poisonous plant dinosaurs? A rookie who in itself is a pun? A hydra bringing me back to my MTG days. Just the big colorful forest boi.

With all of that in consideration I beat my brain and ran thoughts by my people I think I have hit a decision. And that is......

That's right. It's my boi Impmon.

Will running through everything I had the thought that just because my gender changed doesn't mean I need a whole new Digimon. Impmon has had my back this whole time plus this new music themed punk rock ass evolution line is perfect! I've spent most of my life in music and causing a scene. This is perfect.

Also this is my crest. The Crest of Charisma.

There's other little reasons but this is the gist of it.
