INKTOBER 2019 - Day 19 - Sling

Koemon got a sling, so I guess I’m not THAT far off, uh? The Digimon World 2003 trio is important to me, this game was my shit.

after the current lineup is Digimon World 3 in the cards for a play-through?

It’s a few titles down, but it’s definitely on the list! It’s actually the most recent game I finished recording and harvesting screenshots from, which is cool.

Just like I had Digimon Rumble Arena between Digimon World 1 and 2, and Battle Spirit between Digimon World DS and Dawn/Dusk, there’s a Digimon game in between 2 and 3 (or 2003, since that’s the PAL version), but I’ve also added a couple of non-Digimon games in between those since. So, uh, it’ll probably be a while haha.

As much as I'm looking forward to Digimon Survive I'm really looking forward to the future of the Story franchise and where it's going next. The Cyber Sleuth games have been some of my favourite games in recent years but I'd love to see something in the style of World 3/2003 or World DS/Dusk/Dawn. I love that style, it just really takes me back. I mean, they probably won't and that's fine because I've still got World DS/Dusk/Dawn I can play at any time and I could always get the Rom for World 3/2003. I really want to play World 3/2003 again, haven't played it in years.
