I recently adopted a fankid from @head---ache, so I'd like to introduce Digit Prower (originally seen here)!
She was created by Tails and Kit as an attempt to reverse engineer the way Violet was created. She mostly either hangs out around the Restoration with Winnie and Dash, or she helps out Tails and Kit in their lab.
Anyway, the rest of the post is just silly sketches lol.

Violet: Violet was created by Dr Eggman, who used Sonic and Shadow’s DNA to recreate and perfect Project Shadow. The project was abandoned after Eggman's death, and the baby was found months later by Sonic. Violet is unaware of all of this, however, and if their fathers can help it, she won't find out for a long time. Now they want nothing more than to use their abilities to help people just like their fathers did at their age, though it's hard to go on world saving adventures when there's nothing to save the world from.
Aster and Jade: Aster and Jade are the twin daughters of Blaze, Amy, and Surge, though Surge left before the twins were born. Aster was born with a strong connection to the Sol emeralds, giving her the ability to control fire and access to her own burning form. Because of this connection, Aster is on track to become the guardian of the Sol emeralds as well as being next in line for the throne. Jade, however, was born without powers. They have their wisps Storm and Boom-Boom to compensate, but they don't get into many fights anyway.
The twins are complete opposites; Aster is very studious and introverted, spending her days studying or training with Blaze, while Jade is very outgoing and a bit of a slacker, shirking their responsibilities and sneaking off to the Chaos dimension to hang out with Violet. Neither sibling has a strong relationship with Surge, but Jade wishes they could be closer to them. Aster doesn't care.
Emerald: Emerald primarily spends her time on Angel Island with her father, Knuckles, raising chao and guarding the Master Emerald beside him. She's naturally stronger than average, and while she likes training with her dad, she much prefers flying over fighting. Despite being the oldest of the group, Emerald usually lets Violet or Jade take the lead on things, choosing to stay back with Aster instead of getting into too much trouble.
Digit: After studying what was left of Eggman’s research, Tails was able to recreate the process he used to make Violet rather quickly. With permission from her partner Kit, she used their combined DNA to test out the process, resulting in Digit. Digit inherited Tails' twin tails and Kit's control over water, but they can't fly and prefer to use ice. Digit is very quiet and observant, and it's often hard to tell what they're feeling or thinking, but they're fiercely loyal to those they care about. They usually bounce between staying with Tails or - if Tails and Kit are separated - Surge and Kit’s place.
Winnie: Winnie (short for Winona) is the oldest of Tangle and Whisper's kids, and the only one they had biologically (with the help of some research by Tails). While she inherited Tangle's incredible tail and Whisper's affinity for wisps, she has no desire to use these skills to fight like they did, instead focusing on making art and keeping her little brother Dash out of trouble. She typically uses the end of her tail as a paintbrush, and it's usually stained with whatever color she used last.
Dash: Dash was taken in by Tangle and Whisper when he was about five. They had been planning for another kid for a while, and didn't hesitate to take Dash in after finding him wandering around Spiral Hill alone. He's had his wisp, Turbo for as long as he can remember, and was gifted his skates (which harness wisp energy) by Belle. He hopes to be a hero like Sonic one day, and often tests his own speed against Violet's whenever she's around to “train”.
Literally nobody asked but the reason why I gave Digit powers while Jade is powerless is because I head canon Kit was born with her powers while Surge's are artificial. Also ☝️ so I can give Jade identity issues
