As per usual, I have issues with time management as a huge issue. Three other issues I have, which may stem from this issue, are prioritizing, organization, and procrastination, as shown by the timing of this post. I hope to fix the organization by trying to follow the outlines we made for our other reflection. I hope to combat the procrastination both by this method and by trying to work on the project On days I didn't block out that fall between work days and on days before I scheduled work to make the work laid consistent and slackened so that I don't have a ton at once. I'm going to try to do things consistently every day or every other day to make sure I actually do it, and plan to set goals and incentives for myself. I may make list of tasks and priorities to keep them straight and so I don't overreach myself. I think with practice and patience I can make sure I follow the schedules and demand I make for myself. I think part of these problems is stress management. I'm finally coming out of depression but I'm constantly stressed about school, finances, and home life. I think that if I can fit in stress management like yoga, meditation, prayer, or jogging, I could clear and relax my mind to focus on the tasks at hand. One of my other, related weaknesses is focus. I have to make sure I can focus on my work. I hope these simple solutions to easily fixed problems help make my work time easier and more manageable and that I can find good resources for future work.
