Agriculture Fraud: An Invisible Crisis Hitting India's Farmers Hard

While India moves towards a digital farming revolution, a shadow economy of 'Paper Farmers' is quietly eroding our fields. This isn't just a financial glitch; it's a systematic loot of our 'Annadata'.

The Evidence of Systematic Loot:

The Seed Racket: 32,525 confirmed substandard samples. Expired seeds are dyed and sold as "premium hybrids," leaving farmers with nothing but dust and debt.

The Ghost Ledger: 31 Lakh+ ineligible beneficiaries in PM-Kisan. In Manipur alone, ₹65.49 Cr was siphoned with zero recovery.

Fertilizer Black Marketing: 4.66 Lakh raids since 2025. Factories are mixing marble slurry and stone dust to sell as branded fertilizer at 2x prices.

The Paper Farmer Core: Manipulated land records are turning forests and rivers into "cultivable fields" on paper to loot insurance and MSP.

The 2026 Reality: Satellite imagery and AI exist, yet 2.5 Lakh fake farmers were created in a single district. Technology hasn't ended the corruption; it has simply migrated to the algorithms.
