Ingredients: 4 cans 15 oz each of navy beans, drained and rinsed. 1 cup of diced bacon. 1 cup of finely chopped onion. 1 cup of ketchup. 1/2 cup of molasses. 1/4 cup of brown sugar. 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a skillet, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove excess fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the skillet. Add chopped onions to the skillet and saut until translucent. In a large bowl, combine navy beans, cooked bacon, sauted onions, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
